My neighbour's kid speaks cruel and obscene words

I am irked sometimes when i hear the kids of neighbourhood speaking cruel and obscene words to their parents.But their parents are so calm whereas they are not uneducated. I can not overtake them also because they see only good in their kids' characters. What would you suggest in this situation?

There is really not much you can do in this situation, other than demand that the children respect you while they are at your home and not speak in this manner around your children.

There is nothing you can really do hear. I would not try recommending any sort of parenting to your neighbor unless you are very close friends. I doubt they will take it too well either way.
