Laptop or Desktop computer?

Laptop or Desktop computer? Which is best to use? I don't take computer in travel and i think i can prefer desktop.Please Mylotters help me to choose...

depending on your price range, and what you are gonna do with the computer, i think you should get a desktop. since you dont take a computer for travel, you shouldnt get a laptop. also, laptops are easier to break, so the safe route is a desktop.

desktops are cheaper and more powerfull, but take up much more space and wires get everywhere. I think if you are not a hardcore video gamer, a laptop is nicer (they can be upgraded, just not as easily).

I have both but I mostly use my desktop since it leads to better poster and is a lot more comfortable to use, etc. I only use the laptop for travel or on occasion when I want to capture videos or something since I can take it to the TV and VCR and can't really bring those to the desktop. I also had to use it recently as backup when my desktop was down because of a virus attack.

Desktop is way better than laptops...yeah sure laptops are very handy but YOu cant upgrade laptops that's the disadvantage...

I suggest to choose laptop... If it is not for games, photos/video editor, or CAD. I am happy with my laptop because it's not consume more room space, silence, less power and have a battery (no worry about electric cut off).
