about dog's safety

hi everyone.
in recent days i begin to worry about my dog's safety.
i think most chinese friends know about the terrible dogkilling events happened in Hanzhong District Shanxi Province.for the serious canine madness they are killing dogs no matter a dog is mad or not. i for one knows that a golden retriever was cruelly killed before its loving masters from the internet.
The news spreads so quickly to our district that i and some friends who have our beloved dogs(one friend has two golden retrievers as well) begin worrying about the dog-killing.and now our district has given out a piece of news that they will hunt for dogs after 7:00 am in the block!we hurry to get dogs a dog license.
I have applied and finished all the procedure i need to do,but after a week i still haven't got dog license for my dog.i don't know what to do.what if they haven't been planned to give me the dog license but only try to get my living address so as to do some harmful things to my dog in future?I hear that is what they do in Hanzhong District,first they cheats you and make you open the door, then they kill your dog with three or four men using two-metre long stick?

You could send your dog to a relative or friend far away from the Hanzhong District until this problem with mad dogs clears up. After it's over, you can take back your dog.

only one thing to mention:i dont live near Hanzhong District.i live in the northeast of china, but there is some big rumor about dog-hunting in my area.
i will take your advice when the situation becomes serious.

i had not heard of this. its terrible. i cant figure out why there is no law for pets over there. it hurts people as well as animals. looks like theres some way you could change the law. we have some people terribley cruel to pets here but we have laws that sometimes can protect our own pets. no wonder people want to live in america. now i see how lucky iam at times.
