I want to loose about 10 lbs, and don't know what diet plan to follow.

I posted a discussion like this a couple of months ago and classicaljazz referred me to a wonderful website and best of all it's free! Go to www.sparkpeople.com and you can set up your own meal plans(it even gives you a grocery list), workout programs, and you can set certain goals for yourself and it helps you track your progress. This website has been working great for me! Good Luck and keep us all posted on your progress. Oh and thanks classicaljazz for the referral!

Cool i have also joined sparkpeople in the beginning of august and i liked it very much. I also had a diet pill help me called T-lite and i lost 22 pounds in the first week it helped me keep focused curbed cravings and it was great if you want to check it out here is the www.t-lite.net and go to the FAQ and yo can learn alot more about it my brother lost 25 pounds in a week. So it's worth checking out. I lost from almost 400 pounds(394) to 300 using it. And it has helped me alot.

lose weight - good naa
walk for 10 km per day in the morning eat 1 slice of bread in the morning....drink a lot of water and fruit juices without sugar

I want to gain weight about 15kilograms, i don't know how to gain weight could u please tell me how it would be possible, am 6 feet but just 52 kgs.

Be vegetarian, do static cycling, drink 3 litres of water everyday, keep fried stuff at distance, less ice creams, less sweets. Walk 5 kms a day and do all these regularly. If you do all these, people come to you for consultancy on weight reduction.

Eat lots of veggies, cut down on breads, pastas and sweets, and above all drink LOTS of water! Start an exercise program if you haven't already. Good luck!

Don't try to lose the weight fast or you will gain it back and then some. I agree a daily routine of walking and drinking water, eat fruits and veggies..stay away from fats, breads, pastas, starches though.

I have tried so many different diet programs and they just don't work for me. Exercise does work. However, many people don't feel motivated to lose weight until they start to see something working. For me it was this cleansing system. I have been using it for a few months now and its a total body cleanse. Toxins adhere to fat cells making it almost impossible to get rid of any other way. Which is why diets don't work. This did for me. So far I have lost close to 30# and 40 inches. In my first 9 days on the program, I lost 6.6lbs and 13 inches. So I just kept going. Now I can exercise because I am not to tired. If you want details,let me know.

Cut down on breads, pasta and sweets. Eat more fruit and veggies, drink more water and exercise (or walk) for at least 15 minutes a day. If you diligent, you can lose that 10 pounds in a month.
