it creeped me out, it was not a hoax.you could tell the young man who recorded it was as shocked.the image is clear and nobody saw it.the guy only noticed it when he returned.i hope sombody else saw the news cast,i cant find it on global t.v archives it seems it has been censored or somthing,help!

Yes, there is a global conspiracy being perpetrated by the undead to keep their existence hidden from the masses, they are scared that otherwise the Ghostbusters might come out of retirement.
