Which online sites really pay?

Hi myLot friends! I just joined myLot and three other pay per click sites (Bux.to, clixsense and neobux) yesterday. I am hoping to earn extra income from them. Are they really pays? What other sites can you recommend? Can you give me some tips...

You can find other sites in my profile.. but have to read carefully all the tips that I provide to make it easier.. and don't like just pushing people to a pool not knowing how to swim.. I try to help you in anything that is in my hands,.. good luck!!

So roughly, how much do you make a month one this layout. I am very curious. I know it works but to what degree are you having success with it. How long did it take you to get enough unique visitors to your blog. If you can pm me it would be great. Or, you can post here i think if you want too.
