What quality should be in Good Leader?

Good leader should be those one who can drive our car(team) safly to it's destination and guide whenever you want.
I need more quality from you pls comments

a good leader should also be a good follower...how can he lead if he doesn't know how to follow...Good leaders also allow his people to take responsibility, and then gradually increasing it overtime. Don't be too much confident on yourself. Learn how to trust and respect the opinions and suggestions of your members...For me these are only some of the qualities that a good leader must possess...:-]
