One of the party favorite for the Filipinos is the pig's Feet.It can be deep fried and we call it crispy pata.If it is cooked as a stew with banana blossoms and peppercorns, we call it Pata Tim.We love to eat it with rice.Dieting is forgotten

Crispy Pata - Unhealthy choice
My husband and I used to love eating crispy pata but for so many years now ever since we realized how unhealthy pork is we have totally stopped eating pork in whatever form, whether it be crispy pata, lechon, barbecue or any kind of pork dish. Our every meal now has always been healthy and this means no pork and other unhealthy choice.
