Who studies business and economics? / myLot

I have a lot of quetions without solved. I don't really understand why if private cost doesn't equal to social cost,it will be a loss?

Im a student of Economy. You have to be more specific. It depends of the kind of the good/product you are talking about.

but isn't it a theory? that can be fuifiled with all kinds of products??
