By Upgrading your hardware. memory - 1GB/2GB. . i recommend 2GB and above for Vista and Windows 7 Videocard - 512 and above for playing games Overclocking - but use it at your own risk. might damage your hard earned hardwares. By Using some Softwares. CCleaner . . good program for cleaning up your system. Defragmenting . . i dont personally use this dont know why . . Unchecking unwanted startup programs.. Runmsconfig Anti Virus/ Anti Spyware - scan just to be sure. ^^V

You can try and defragment your computer, increase the memory and hard drive memory, scan you computer for viruses. You could try upgrading certain key features of your computer and depending on what your situation is, whether your computer case and fan is good enough or whether you can keep the CPU cool you can try over clocking.

Hi, I think defragment your computer frequently and delete unnecessary files.

May I know, what it's your operating system windows or linux? If windows, you can tried to increase your memory and change CPU with high speed. But we have to look your motherboard for possibility upgrade or over clock. If it is not, It should be our first target to changed Motherboard. Then hard disk increase your storage space. Next, It would be your vga card... On Ubuntu linux, I always reverse idea that my customer always come with old PC with very less resource and performance. But It is working as normal PC.
