Constant sitting and doing work on a computer could be very straining, its the glare which is to be avoided! What do you do to prevent yourself from the glare and the radiation? I am now used to such activity for long hours but I feel like exhausted from the continous useage!

I would advise anyone, even those that I work with, to take a break every now and then, look at some thing or some point which is really far so that the pupils can relax again. For the glare, I guess they just have to adjust the brightness of the screen. The pain that I do feel when I work on long hours on the computer would be on my neck and back as they get slightly positioned for a long period of time and if left unchanged, would stiffen and hurt later on. I really wish that we have some sort of chair that would help us get into a good position which wouldn't get us hurt even when we stay infront of the computer for a long period of time.

That's happening to me as well. Addicted to computers and internet and sitting in front of it for more than 10 hours a day. Its making my muscles stiff and swollen but I can't find a useful remedy for it. I too feel exhausted after sitting here for long..
