widgetbucks is scam or not?

A few day ago I have been instal widgetbuks on my site, I dont know they are scam or not. Some one can explain to me about widgetbuks? that is scam or not? I read on other blog that they are good in the payment. Anyone has experience about this program money blogging? I need that info for best of my blog.

I also have doubt in widgetbucks. I have created account with widgetbucks and got more traffic. After reaching 1,000 page view, they are not paying any CPM earnings for this. I think it is a scam site.
