Welcome to myLot. The best thing to do is read the FAQs. They can answer just about anything you want to know. We get paid based on our "performance" or participation. When you respond to a discussion, it should be at least three sentences long. When you start a discussion, don't make it just a yes or no question. And don't make it something like a survey.
