How do you pay off your credit card??? HELP! / myLot

Any suggestions on how to pay off my credit card? i've been paying my card a little above the minimum but it seems it will take me a long time to zero out the balance... thanks

Contact the companies you owe money from. Make payment plans with them. If you follow those plans correctly you'll gain a good status again.

I found this great blog by an Indian guy named Ramit Sethi: iwillteachyoutoberich.com. He also wrote a book by the same name. He outlines strategies on things like negotiating better interest rates, getting a better rate on your cell phone plan, discount programs, cash-back credit cards, etc. If you check it out, you can get some really good ideas!
