the package says it should cook at 425 degrees for 20 minutes and it will be "golden brown". I have had it at 480 degrees for 40 minutes and it is still doughy. What's wrong?

maybe its still frozen when you put it in the over thats why it is still doughy... i dont really know what's wrong... it could be your oven is not working properly and the heat is not really that much... or it could be the pizza's problem, the pizza that wont cook... try cooking it again for some more minutes. i havent experience something like this...

I would wonder if your oven is working? If it is what kind of oven are you using? I think it would be a problem with your oven. I mean is your oven hot? Is it working properly. If its not that then I think maybe you should turn off your oven take a picture of the pizza and post it on ebay as the pizza miracle the pizza that no matter what would not be cooked.
