swim bladder problem?

well my goldfish kept dieing and i worked out that i think it was their swim bladder as they would kind of swim slightly on their side and they slowly got worste then died. the whole time they would be on their sides. and now in another tank one of my neon fish has died from what i suspect to be the swim bladder. does anyone know what i can do to help prevent this happening? any help would be greatly appriceated thank you
