some people don't eat veggies for some reasons too. but for me, veggies are the best. i have particular veggies that i prefer to prepare more often.sometimes i made salad out them. i boil kangkong leaves and garnish them with tomatoes and unions.then the vinegar and salt would do the trick.i also mix okra with salted eggs, also with tomatoes and onions.sounds yummy right?you can try these preparations.so healthy too.

Something we do in carrot is dipping it with ketchup and mayonnaise mixed. We use to eat that each time we think of veggie. Another one is cabbage, it already works with vinegar and tomatoes slice in circle. Cucumber will do with salt, vinegar, pepper powder little sugar.

Kids do not usually eat carrots raw, but maybe overtime they could learn that it is good in their health. Yes, yummy and beside of the benefits that you can get from carrots, you are enjoying your veggies.

I eat almost all vegetables. I like veggies a lot because when I was still young my m other always cook vegetables for us. I feel like I'm addicted to it because every meal I am craving for my favorite veggies. If there are no veggies I will make sure that I have a cucumber so that I can have a salad anytime I wanted!

Hi there Flagella! I love veggies! Especially everything in Chop Suey which is one of my husband's specialties and also my sister's garden salad. I most especially love tomatoes. I like it's being soft and having the sweet and a bit sour taste. I love it as an ingredient of the main course and also when it's used as a dip and also on burgers.

I have actually never heard of kangkong leaves and I have never tried okra. I heard that okra is one of those vegetables that you either love it or hate it, there's no in-between. I also heard that it can be slimy. Is that true? My favourite vegetables are roasted red peppers, grilled zucchini, fried peas with onions and garlic and corn on the cob with butter. Actually I like just about every vegetable that I have ever tried. In fact I like veggies so much that I am vegetarian.

Tax? I love vegetables! I like them all except of course okra which i never tried before but i'm open to it. It's not like i'm going to die by trying it. lol! I just heard that it's so slimy? Is it true? I have a pretty bad gag reflex so i might be having a hard time. Well ampalaya is the sweetest vegetables for me lol! In a sense that it's my favorite and no amount of bitterness can make me not like it. I don't like kangkong much because it kind of tastes like wet market. I same feeling when i eat Jackfruit. Eggplants are ok too but too little yummy recipes. Pechay, well it's a no brainer, even kids eat pechay or lettuce?

I prefer cooked canned veggies like peas, corn, carrots, green beans, and spinach, usually with a side of meat (like chicken or beef pot roast). Potatoes are also good. ^_^ My absolute favourite is Boston Market creamed spinach. Extremely rich and creamy. Love it! Fried okra from the Old Country Buffet's excellent, too. (As is fried squash, but I don't know where to get it from.) I also like Chinese-esque warm vegetable dishes. Y'know, like "Beef Broccoli" or "Teriyaki Chicken"? I used to buy lunches at my school. The teriyaki chicken was the best - it has chicken, rice, steamed cabbage, carrots, and I think a couple of stalks of broccoli in a little styrofoam box. I love steamed cabbage!
