What survey site is the easiest to use, and the safest?

What online survey sites do you use? Have you had any trouble with them? More importantly, are there any that you are really satisfied with that you want to share?
It seems like this is a legitimate way to earn some extra cash when you have free time. But a lot of them are just total junk. I'd like to get to the bottom of it, because I've got some time to burn, and want to utilize that time and make some money. What are your suggestions? Has anyone heard of cashcrate?
