Is healthy to eat all time your breakfast? What you like more to eat to breakfa

I always take my time when having a meal. I do not like being rushed when I am eating. On the average, I think I take about 30 to 45 minutes when I'm eating. The longest that I've had breakfast was 3 hours. My boyfriend and I were on a vacation in one of the islands here in the Philippines. All our friends were drunk from the activities we had the previous night. My boyfriend and I are morning persons and we're up having breakfast at 7AM and finished at 10AM. Hahaha. It was fun. We both enjoyed it. There was a time that I really liked Filipino breakfast. It usually consists of Rice or Fried Rice + Meat, which could be hotdogs or bacon or chicken or pork or beef or even fish + Fried Eggs. However I've been on a diet since March so I'm trying to veer away from Filipino breakfast, for now. My breakfast for the last 3 months have been oatmeal, coffee, or milk, wheat bread, cold cuts.

Hi, breakfast is the important meal in a day, give you energy for all day, and you know to eating what is right, i mean, proteins, vitamins, minerals..you can eat just a sandwich to lunch and something light in the evening when you come back from work Fruits, eggs, milk, can be a good choice for morning meal
