hi friends.today india is going to take on england.even if they manage to win their last 2 matches, they have to HOPE that windies lose to england orelse there would a big fight over the net run rate which we would definetely lose which we could have increased a lot given that we were grouped with 2 giant super powers like bangladesh and ireland.so technically they r out of the tournament so lets begin the next phase.blame games what can we blame for the current world champions not able to reach even the semis? hmmm may be the form of the players ? nope.raina, yuvi, rohit, dhoni were among the leading run scorers of ipl and bhajji, ojha and RP being the top bowlers. may be the ground conditions ? may be because its been almost 2 years since we came to england and may be the pitches are not suiting our players. may be the selection ? kris srikanth will disagree so does dhoni.they picked their best.ofcourse we cant ask them y nehra who has been the best death bowler of the tournament was not picked or the wicket keeping batsmen karthick for sharing duties with back ailing dhoni. may be the captaincy ?nah.he is the captain cool.the man with the midas touch.kris and every other indians except me counted solely on him for bringing the cup home again. may be the luck factor ?nah.dhoni is a great captain.great captains dont always need luck in their side to win games.am i right? finally may be the format of the game itself ?yeah this the dead meat and u can blame everything on it if u cant blame anything else on the above. t20 is a fast game so be prepared go at least 10 runs per over, other wise you seldom come to the game.

Ten overs per over against which side bangladesh lol Don't you see the superb bowling that is taking place in this tournament. One has to be confident in every area of the match. Especially the fielding one cannot make any mistakes here.

Wow really i am really happy to see that we have someone who can predict the future on mylot. So please tell us who is going to win the t20 so that we dont have to bother wasting our time watching it. By the way how does the performance of the players in the ipl matter in the world cup. By the way india has to win two matches and have a chance to increase their net run rate in those matches. And why are you talking about net run rate of the group stage against ireland and bangladesh? It does not count in the super eight stage.

thats y i need u pratik.u make me see things which i dont see. thanks.ask me to predict the winner of champions trophy,i can do it.or the winner of next world cup.but i cant predict a winner in this game of chance.have u noticed something?neither windies or england are seen as a favourites to lift the trophy this time and so far in the 4 matches they played, they havent played against any tough competition. thanks for making me laugh pratik but everyone from media to u to many other mylotters are seeing IPL as testing ground for players.why many tag south africa as favourites?devillers, kallis, van der merve, smith, boucher, morkel have performed too well in IPL so they are favourites.atleast the proteas are taking thier IPL form into where it really matters.

yes the ipl was kind of a warm up for the real world cup and is imperative that players who were in form in the ipl would be in form here that is what basic knowledge would say. but maybe you have some problem in reading now. i have said the performances of the players do not matter any more. the world cup was a fresh start for the players so whatever they had done in the ipl they had to put it behind and start from scratch again. also someone gave you the wrong information that dhoni was among the top batsmen so get your facts right first instead of just predicting the future and read what i write properly before being sarcastic. a perfect example of what i said was seen in the way jayasuria batted. he was nowhere in form in the ipl but he knew this is another tournament and on his day he can smash anyone and everyone out of the park which is what he did.

Its not over yet.We will have to wait until tuesday for the results.I still believe they can make into semis. Also we cannot hope that whenever india play a match they are going to win the match.Other teams are also playing for winning. Also considering captaincy if Dhoni is not a good captain then who do you think is good for it. Shewag i do not believe he is an effective captain also when he got opportunity he did not prove it.He did not play in world cup. Then yuvi we saw how his batting was affected by the pressure of captaincy in ipl. Also he regained his form in worldcup once captaincy was removed. Now Gambhir and others do not have maturity of captaining an international side.I see Dhoni as only option as a captain.I do not see dhoini as a great captain for that he have to go long way.But at present he is only available option.he did some mistakes in this worldcup and he was not in good touch with bat.But give him some more chances. Then we can think about changing the captain.

your second point itself says it all.WAIT UNTILL TUESDAY FOR THE RESULTS.well friend i hope you are meaning only those two matches against england and south africa.if the indian team is glued to their TV sets or on the stadium, watching the england windies match and hoping that england win, well they lost it there itself.a real champion wont care about matches other than his.and indians are not. as for dhoni issue, tell me when dravid resigned from captaincy, was dhoni an option for u?i dont think so.all u know is that he is a dashing hitter and a wicket keeper.how can u know that gambhir, raina, rohit and others dont have captaincy abilities? the only reason i hate dhoni as a captain is he is getting way too much adulation for what he is doing.oh well.only a miracle can save india the blushes this time and even if they do win the cup second time, they cant call themselves as champions anymore.

By this you will know that India is virtually out of the tournament. I believe that Dhoni and his team came to the tournament complacent and because of this it play against them. I believe that the lose against West Indies would have re-energize them and they would give England a good fight but instead they give a lacklustre one. I will not blame one person but the entire team because Cricket is a team effort and everyone should contribute equally. This three runs lose was unnecessary and I hope that the West Indies does not allow England to through tomorrow.

first of all t20 is not really the best test of skill.what i mean is the best team doesnt always win.proof lies in australias exit.now we can still qualify if we win the next 2 matches and better still if we win them by a good margin.ofcourse we are still in the race.its just gonna be a little tougher.although i would like it if we had sehwag around

well sehwag has been the deciding factor so far.if he was there ,the indian team could have scratched one thing from their worry list.net run rate.

India got knocked out of the tourney! Well, in a way it is good for players. They can take rest and refresh themselves and remove the shackles of being world champs and just go out and enjoy playing! It is ridiculous to expect a player to fire continuously all year long. No rest, no time to reflect and correct the problems. Look at Ishant Sharma, what has he become due to insane schedule. He was the same guy who bowled so exceptionally in the australian tour. So, it is just that Indian team doesn't have that zeal anymore. They are playing a lot and winning a lot. So it diminished the zeal a bit if not completely. The result is not a shocking one as they lost two games which they could have won easily. Bravo played some great shots and Side bottom bowled some great deliveries. It happens!

I think today defiantly India win. The kind of fielding in last match we have is really dis-appointing. Today india will do good let's hope so and see your eye final again with pakistan.
