I think that one of the best ways to learn a foreign language is to go to place where that language is spoken, so that you can listen to it all day long. That is how I learned Italian. I was working as a kind of personal assistent for a woman in Italy, she didn't speak English at all, so I had to learn Italian really fast, and I had to practice all the time. I was forced to speak Italian all the time, and it was hard in the beginning, because I wasn't good at it, but it is a great way to learn it, and after a couple of months I was pretty good at Italian. If it isn't possible for you to work or study in another country, maybe you can find some friends from an English speaking country and practice with them? I agree with Dreamy, and I also think that listening to English movies or songs might be a help for you. Good luck, I hope you find a way that works for you

You need to surround yourself in a language. The best thing to do is to go to an English speaking country and live. You will pick it up and since you already know some it will be a lot easier. If that's not possible then try to find a make friends with native English speakers so you can communicate with them. You can do a language exchange. If that's not possible then get English music find English videos of tv shows, watch English movies so you can listen to it.
