Can you recommend some interesting cartoon for me?

Disney movies are great. Here's a couple titles I reccomend; Aladdin, Lion King, Alice in wonderland, The Rescuers, Finding Nemo, Toy Story, Ratatouille, Pinnochio, The Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty and The Many Adverntures of Winnie the Pooh. Some of the Dreamworks animated movies are good, too. You can might like the Shrek movie or Kung Fu Panda.

also films aimed at children have easier language - harry potter for instance. watching any movies with the subtitles on can help too but you have to be really careful to listen and not just 'switch off' your ears and just read the subtitles. i've found when learning a language that watching or listening to anything helps, even if the language used seems too difficult

Well you want to learn English through Cartoons.. Well I think except anime all other cartoons suck. So i would suggest you see an Japanese anime. There are a lot of dubbed japanese anime like Full-Metal Alchemist,NAruto and the like. These anime have good story lines and you ca really learn the language from them

Try watching Simpsons. . . It's freakishly hilarious & awesome! Although they use english words in common usage.

Do get get Mulan 1 and 2. The Lion King trilogy is worth watching. Likewise with The Little Mermaid and the Incredibles. But then your English is already perfect...
