People losing love

As we witness technology growing every second of every minute, people are more involved with machines. They give their time more to their machines rather than spending with family or friends. People are using technology products which prvent them from keeping contact with people. Like people mostly use internet to contact friends even if they can visit them. This gradually WILL lessen their love. So i don't think its good touse technology products for some silly reasons which prevent them from meeting friends and relatives. What do you think? Should you use technology products in any case?
