Have you ever felt just fine one minute literally seconds later became sick?

It happened just the other night in fact, I was relaxing at home and I had just had dinner and the evening was going just fine I felt great I was watching this really stupid reality show on TV, and I was laughing at something that happened on the show, and id say about 30 to 40 seconds later I was sooo sick sweating all over and very weak and let me just say that I ended up spending the rest of my evening in the bathroom where I lost all my dinner, and after that I went directly to bed, and I called my mom and we talked about what it could have been she said that maybe I had eaten something bad, but for the life of me I cant think of what it could have been, I had eaten one of my usual meals, well thankfully today I feel much better but I still feel a bit weak, so after I'm finished here I'm going back to bed. Anyway has this kind of thing ever happend to you have you ever had one those days where you felt fine one minute and really sick the next?
