how to unblock ORKUT,FACEBOOK,MYSPACE,HI5,YOUTUBE in my college

MY COLLEGE HAS BLOCKED ORKUT,MYSPACE,FACEBOOK,MYLOT,ETC.whenever i use a proxy they are blocking the porxy also...so how to get updated proxies.Is there any free sofware to unblock..and what is the best solution to unblock all these websites in my college...
