Some says that if you snore while sleeping. It is a sign that you enjoy sleeping, feel relaxed in your bed and pillows and snores Whatever noise it produces as a loud sounds, whistle sounds and perhaps a tiny sounds. Some are easily annoy by loud snore that they do not want to sleep near the person snoring. Some snore with their mouth open, seem rigid as in dead, and others sleep with saliva drooling in their lips. From your own perspectives, from what group of snorers do you belong? I admit myself that i snore but not too loudly. How about you? What could you say?

Hello neelianoscet this is checkmail and often watch some of the peoples snoring while they are asleep.According to me when they are snoring it means that they are in deep sleep but it doesn't means its a good sign.According to medical science snoring occurs when there is some respiration problem, means the in and out of air while sleeping. It is said to be uncontrolled sleeping.Well I don't snore at all and gets iritated with the person who snores a lot while sleeping it disturbs my sleep.

I do not snore at all and I can't stand snoring of any sort. Snoring is a sign of extreme tiredness and uncomfortable sleep. It just sounds like you're being tormented or you you're having a nightmare. So snoring is a no no in my book and anyone who snores really needs to get that sorted.

Snoring is actually a sign of bad posture and lack of oxygen in the body. It is also a sign that one is too tired. There is a doctor to remedy snoring. It is not healthy to snore. Also, it does not give you complete rest. This is why sometimes, after a night's sleep those who snore still find themselves to be very tired.

Snoring mostly occurs in old people. Lack of healthy living often aggravates the causes of heavy snorer. Sleeping position have partly to blame. Including some hidden body illnesses. I think it's quite normal to snore with tiny sounds indicates that person is sleeping. Heavy snorer may have breathing problem difficulty.Especially, if you have adenoid problem.

I also hear, read and watch some cases of heavy snorer in television. Some require surgery and medication. But, once the physician pinpoint exactly the causes of snoring it will disappear definitely on time. i hear couples who separate in bed when sleeping comes. They just cannot tolerate the sounds exhibit excessively by their partner. In one worst scenario it lead to separation.

I don't snore...but I have been kept awake by some who do. Snoring is not healthy. It can cause heart trouble, it can bring on a stroke and it is a sign that there is something wrong with your breathing equiptment. Most of the time it is easily fixed with simple surgery.... I guess I only snore when I am congested. lol

Some person will never know if they snore, unless they have companion in her room. in cases that you suspect that you snore it may be better to keep a recorder beside your bed. Before waking up in the morning and play the recorder. If you hear a sound, definitely you snore. But, in your case you never snore. Then, perfectly normal. But, some people snores louder when they old. Organs in our body gets old and it get tired too. -the results snoring sounds is produce.

Some people believe that they never snore and others confess they snore. You will never know if you snore, unless somebody told you. Exactly, being tired were one of the many reason behind snoring. Aside from sleeping position, respiratory muscles failure, and indication of hidden illnesses.

Snoring is frequently a sign of sleep apnea. If you snore horribly, or even moderately, wake up tired, or are overweight, go get a sleep study. It's treatable then you will sleep better, for real!

My body is of average size and even the other member of my family snore. We're a bunch of snorer but not loud snorer.I think it is in the family gene. I could sleep better even if i have a companion who snores loudly as long as I go to sleep first. Then, whatever noise he will made.It doesn't bother me anymore, as i could no longer hear him as I go deeply in sleeping. I already heard that loud snores indicate hidden illnesses. But, as of this moment, I don't feel anything worse.
