can students from india living in US earn money from Google adsense?

i am indian i am goint to persuie my MASTERS in USA. can i open adsense account in USA.Why i am asking this question is because i heard that people from US has to pay tax for google adsense.But i being student will not be able to paying tax.So will google accept me for opening adsense account?

why are you worrying about tax as it will be cut from ur amount only not from your pocket.
