what do you want business or work for a company? Why?

Definitely business. Being your own boss means your in charge and no matter what happens your still in charge. It doesn't really matter who takes over the business after you kick the bucket. All that matter is that you made tons of profit to live your dreams.

Many said they want to have a business so they are free. and that they have a lot of free time compared to being in a office where you have to work 8 hrs a day then do some overtime if the needs arise. But the truth is, when you have a business, it is more time-consuming. Infact, you will have no rest at all. There are even times that you have to work during odd hours. And that is because the business is yours and all the responsibility is yours. Despite all this, I still want to have our own business. A business which we will establish and turn over to our children and grandchildren. Because although having a business is very time-demanding, it is also one way to establish wealth which we can't have if we are only employees.

I agree to all you have said. For me its never to late for a change, presently I am working as an employee but I have dreams about making my own business, I don't want to be an employee forever as I am just making my company reach not me, I did not grow and I did not save any money, my money all went out to loans. I want money work for me and I want to stop working for money, that is why I am attending financial education just to change my belief and to take a risk. In order to have a business you have to be financially educated.
