What is the best site to set a web page with?

I would like to set up my own web page and have the domain name and everything. Can anyone help me with this. Recommend sites to look at and tips for setting everything up.

Yeah, nice question. I'll follow this discussion as well. Right now, what I can recommend is Ning.com You can create Friendster-like or myspace-like webpages. It's pretty cool actually for social networking of your own site.
