Dirt Track Owners Cheating!!!

I'm from north MS and we have a dirt track up there. I have been going to dirt track races for years and I really enjoy them. However, this one track we go to during my visits home has frustrated me. The owners cheat. It is a father and son and they always race in the same race, and win, everytime. I really get tired of seeing the same thing in that one race every time I go. Last weekend I actually got them on video cheating. The father wrecked into the wall. Instead of going to the back of the rest of the cars, they put him right back up in second behind his son. Prior to all of this, they intentionally caused a wreck on the track knocking a couple of cars out of the race. Nothing was done. I have an inside source who says that the son has illegal parts in his car. They only use his at their own track and pretty much scam people out of their entry fee and winnings. The fathers car is the one they take to other race tracks because it is legal. They get their butts handed to them at those races but what can you do about the way they cheat at their own track???? These other racers can't seem to do anything about this!
