What is you ropinion of the Leader in North Korea and the threats he makes?

Have you ever heard of the term sword rattler. Well, he's either trying to gain the attention of other countries or else he's trying to make himself look good for the people in the No. Korean government that keep him in power. So, I just consider him a sword rattler. I just don't believe anybody really takes him serious. I doubt he is even a real threat. In my opinion, the missles fired are only for show and no real teeth but I do notice the news media loves to make a bit deal out of this. ALso, I've noticed that there is a time period when a communist country collapses and more friendly leaders replace the leaders that oppressed the people of his country.
