Who watches tv for a longer time? A child or an old retired person

Hello everybody. There is a question which i can not answer without your help buddies. And that is : WHo watches tv for a longer time? a child or an old retired person? As per me, the old retired person must be watching tv for a longer time, because there is nothing else for him/her to do. On the other hand, a child has many thins to do like going to school, going out with friends... But a child's eagerness towards tv is more than a retired person. Thats why i asked this question.
