What is the proper way to paint a wall?

The best thing to do is hire me. LOL! Kidding aside, I can pait a wall. When I was in college, I helped a painter paint our room in the dormitory and learned tips from him. And here in the UK you know it costs a fortune to hire someone to paint your wall so I did it myself. Have to be very careful and do it very slowly. The brush is a little bit more difficult to use so I suggest you use a roller. If you are repainting a wall it's best to srape the old one first as it willl cause peeling if you don't. They said vinegar is a good solution to keep the paint last longer. Happy painting!
