eat lots of steak, lots of mars bars, and drink a lot of milk. also milo gives me energy, either a spoonful in my milk, or sprinkle over dessert.

i believe any form of carbohydrates contributes to additional energy. of course you have to follow the recommended amount of servings for your age and physique as too much of this would contribute to additional, unnecessary weight. also, the other foods in the food pyramid, provided consideration to their servings to your age and physique is applied, would be a great help.

Fruits and vegetables....tuna and salmon. Drink a lot of water, it helps oxygen get to your brain and when your brain has more oxygen you can think better and are less tired.

Foods that are high in fiber increase energy. Protein is good, and fruits and vegetables. Some fat is also good, as long as it is not trans fat or saturated, because it keeps you feeling full longer. Another thing, exercising gives you energy, so being active regularly will increase your energy level.
