There will be economic growth if the government lower the cost of doing business, especially power and water, and the important taxation you attract capital to the country.Employees could not coup with the standard of living in the country because of high income tax. Reducing income taxes also a result in savings and help to alleviate poverty. Reducing income tax, people will actively spend their money and when they spend, there is an incidence of taxation again so the government wilw recover it.
