banana is good for the body very nutrious.bananas contains three natural sugars sucrose,fructose @ glucose combined with fiber.a banana gives an instant,sustained @ substantial boost energy.but energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit.it can help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions,making it a must to add to our diet..

besides the importance of banana that you mentioned it is the most tasty and the less messy of all the fruits i ever had laid my hands on. not only that it is the best fruit, i believe, to feed babies because of its softness .

I like eating banana my favorite is the green variety and the lakatan. Banana affordable and it is nutritious. It can lower the risk of having heart attacks and stroke. Eating banana everyday is good for our health.

Banana is my most favorite fruit. I guess I am related to the apes after all because all I think about is bananas when fruit is mentioned. Cheers!!

Yes it is really true. Everyday I ate banana whatever kinds. Found out to be energetic and active . I can so many if I also have the banana in the meals. I can say it good for us to have a longer life .
