Hello my friend seymiss Ji, For that matter if nothing can be done, one has to compromise only. Else, a denture could work out and replace the broken teeth. Why not live like that. I would not mind to live without that. May God bless You and have a great time.

Well with a wife and kid and a well settled life this won't be bothering anymore.I will definitely live with that gap happily. At some stage in your life you stop bothering about your looks.Your responsibilities and priorities get focussed on the other vital things for survival and success. And in fact I have a big gap between my front incisors.People have taken me the way I am.And I am sure that all the people I know will hate to see that gap filled up.

I will have to wear a mask LOL! Hmm, this is really a difficult question, Seymiss. I wouldn't know what to do honestly. Thankfully, false teeth exists but I hope I won't lose my real ones. By the way, what made you ask this question? I don't even want to think about it.

Mask...hahaha not bad option.Well there's no special reason why i ask, it just cross my mind while remembering a friend from my school days who lost his front teeth... and it took a while for the dentist to replace that missing tooth. So he had to cover his mouth everytime he laughed and he liked to laugh alot. And he was sitted write next beside me in class and i would laugh eveytime he laughs..;-).Thanx for sharing jemina.Have a nice day.cheers!

Oh dear, for someone who laughs a lot, loosing the front tooth must be a real nightmare. Well whoever loses front tooth will consider it a nightmare.

Dentist usually is able to do something about it, if you manage to keep your fallen tooth, he can glue it back to your enamel with dental tool , if not, you probably need not wait too long for a denture after the first fallen tooth, others teeth will tend to follow through soon if you did not find out the cause of it.

Go to see a dentist in your area, find out why your tooth is fallen off , except it is caused by accidental fall or punch on your cheek. Most of the time it is due to gum disease which promote cavity or 'Periodontal' ( enamel disease) due to deficiency in essential vitamin n mineral vital to dental health that can be prevented, so the best bet is to get yourself an expert help to prevent more teeth coming off soon ..lol!

I will have a false one replaced because honestly I know I will look horrible without a tooth in my mouth especially in the front row so I will definitely go to a dentist to get it replaced by a false one.

Hahaha yeah but my question was if false teeth didn't exist then what? i will defenitely have mine replaced if it happened to me then if there was no option of sealing that front hole...well i guess i just have to keep covering my mouth while laughing or smiling my whole life.;(

That is an awful thought, but actually in one place I read that a tribe actually removed their bottom teeth delibrately. Apparently they were taken as slaves a lot in the past and they found if they displayed signs of tooth loss they would have less chance of being taken into slavery. So for them missing teeth became desirable because it helped them survive! As for me I love my teeth and wouldn't want any missing. But if I did have missing teeth and there was no dentist, I would probably just smile with my mouth closed, and cover my mouth when I spoke. I would be embarassed!

I have seen in movies about what your talking about. They checked that is you have all the teeth in placed to sell the slaves.Anyway i too will have to do the same thing if there was no dentist and if teeth gone missing ;-)But sometimes there are situation were you have uncontrolable laughs that i don't think you'll be able to cover your mouth so save embarassment..lol.Thanx for you respond.cheers!

I suppose in those instances I would just have to put up with the embarassment..lol:) Otherwise I think the only other thing you could do is to give yourself a funny nickname and learn to laugh about it:)
