Have I got my Ezihippo account deleted? I want your advice!

I feel terrible when I failed to login my account in Ezihippo after trying several times! Every time it indicates some data error. Then I went to search my information in member's centre, it's strange seemingly I enter my account without my nickname! It appears "Non-member"! I've lost my membership though the account balance is still there as I logined last time. I think most probably I have got my account deleted or suspended,something like that. I really can't understand! I've done nothing violating the rules. The only possible reason, I think, is my posts talking about my referral problem. I thought it was some bug so I reported it. Just now I contacted the admin, but I don't expect to get the reply. From the posts in the forum, I learn seldom did the admin of ezihippo reply to solve members' problems. Now I am wondering what I should do now. Do I need to register again? Even if I registered again, it was a waste of time if the same same thing happend. I want to hear your advice if you are also a member of Ezihippo.
