Which Windows AC should i buy?

Hi,
I am in process of decision making as to which Windows AC should I buy, I dont mind spending more but want to have best energy efficient AC. While looking at your site, I see Hitachi has best of the EER, is that correct? What will be the approximate electricity bill (Mumbai - Reliance energy), if I use this AC for about 10 hours a day?
