working with a elderly lady she is a wonderful lady

I work with a elderly lady I want to help her get better so she does not need me the diagnose failure to thrive her friend found her one nite unresponsive at the hospital her blood sugar was really low so low that she could have died from it but she did get some what better and was able to return to home where she had physical therpist come in to work with her but over time she was not progressing got to the point she became bed ridden now after time since I started working with her she is eatting more and getting up more with assistence thought to her wheel chair just wondering what is failure to thrieve and how much more I can do for she is now under hospite care
