When you feel exhausted in body & mind do you escape to your own world like me?

Sometimes when I am feeling so exhausted both in body & mind due to heavy work schedule and too much listening to others, my mind cease to think anymore. Then I somehow manage several hours but cutting short my meetings & visitors appointment and find a way to escape in my own world. You know what I do? I wake up late in the morning. Then try to listen every sounds nearby to me. My sparrows twittering, rushing of wind through the window & the flippering of window curtains, falling of a saucepan in somebodies home, running of a vehicle through my street, sounds of sprinkling water from my neighbours garden and his child play with the puppy. A beautiful feeling & I take a deep breath from inside my heart after a long time. I feel even silence have a sound of itself. I do my own work what I like to do. Feeding my fishes, surfing the internet, watching my favourite classic movie etc. You can't believe how all these energizes me for the whole month. Its after all a beautiful feeling when I can't escape for an outing. Do you have any such experiences?

I usually just stay in my room and clean it up. Because i'm always busy all the time,i don't usually have so much time for cleaning. And once a while i would just go down to the beach alone and stay there for hour listening to the sound of the waves. It makes me feel so peaceful.

Yes It's a beautiful feeling. You have got a very nice chance to escape to your own world. Watching the waves coming one by one refreshes the mind & the sounds of sea has a healing effect on us. Though I don't have got always the chance to enjoy it. But I liked to go there so much. Another feeling, I don't know whether you have it or not is that stand still on the sea beach and feel the cold wave washed your feet and at the same time a different feelings happen to the bottom of the feet, something is rolling, gently scratching the feet and the feet is entering the sand gently. Isn't it a nice feeling?
