My favorite Filipino breakfast is dried fish, egg and fried rice.Together with black coffee and vinegar as dip, that is superb.I guess the foreigners should try it when they come to the country.

I dont like tuyo or dried fish,the first I ate tuyo, It made my tounge swollen...but my hubby likes tuyo, dried pusit and fried egg too.. I dont eat breakfast, coffee is enough for me..

Coffee is also enough in cases when I don't have time to eat breakfast.

My favorite Filipino breakfast is fried rice, egg and either of the following: fried dried fish, "tapa", or "longganisa" from Taal or Vigan. The vinegar dip is always a must. I also prefer my eggs sunny side up. :-)
