I think it's important for us to know when we shall take a break after the hard work. This is why usually I will have a facial treatment once a week. As I can really relax there and having the facial treatment and massage. It will make me feel so comfortable. I don't think having the facial treatment will make me prettier, but I just need to have a break:) I love China

I try to relax by stretching my muscles. I will flex my back while outstretching my arms and flex my fingers towards the sky three to five times. When I am studying, I will take a break by stratching or going for a quick, short walk, too. Another stretch I do is to rotate my head three-five times in botj directions. This helps ease the tension in your neck. Another stretch I do is to flex my shoulders towards my head as high as they will go, to loosen the muscles between the neck and the shoulder. It's basically like pulling up your shoulders when you shrug. Try these stretches for a few nights when you get off of work. another thing I do is turn the lights to help calm me down before bed, for I cannot sleep with all the lights on. Try maybe taking a warm bath before bed, too, That should help relax you. One thing I have noticed is that if you get into a routine before bedtime, your body will remember it.

My daily work is to do the experiment again and again from morning to night. And there is no time to relax except sleep. But I have some time between each experiment so I can open my notebook PC to browse some news, listen to some music, watch some movies and play some games. It does can relax myself from the boring experiment and enjoy the life.

Hello, I understand how you feel. I've been working at night for a a BPO company for three years now. My workload never lessens. There's always so much to do everyday. First, what I try to do is to get finish my work on time. As much as possible, I maximize my time to avoid working overtimes which is not good for your health. After my shift, early in the morning, I normally jog outdoors though I've been running on a treadmill lately at the gym in our office since it's been raining for days now. After working out at least thirty minutes or so, I head home and take a quick shower and put in some lotion with relaxing scent. I tried to treat the day like night so I lock myself in my room, make sure that it's dark and no ray of sunlight gets in to make an impression that it's night time. Then I watch movies in my portable dvd player. I have CSI Las Vegas CDs so I watch at least an episode while munching on some apple or just a moderate serving of cereals with soy milk as my drink or a low calorie chocolate drink (I drink Swiss Miss Diet). After watching a movie, I take some sniff of a menthol for a much relaxed breathing. It makes me sleep so much better. :)

Hi,first for your painful eyes, I suggest you eat more nuts and fruits that contain more water. Second, for your heart and brain, I think you can listen to some light music while taking the shower. Third,in order to have a good sleep, you can buy a pillow for health care, which would help for a better sleep.
