Have you ever thought of buying a second-hand or slightly used phone? A couple of month ago, somebody aproached me to buy his slightly used phone. He said he's disposing it because he planned to buy a new one with the latest feature and technology. The phone comes with a complete package at a very low price. However I am too hesitant, so I din't bought it. Do you think I said naye and walked away to the good offer? Do you have tips to share on this?

Actually I have never considered to buy a second hand cellphone. As today the cellphones are not as expensive as before. Besides, I am worried whether the quality is good if you buy the second hand cellphone. Especially you buy it from someone who you don't know. It is risky. I love China

I think we share the same thought. Whenever I buy a gadget, I want to make sure that it's brand new and I only buy at known retail store. I don't want to take a risk because in the end, it might become very expensive to bring the secon hand phone for servicing and repairs. If I am the first hand user, I would know the history.

Ericson cellphone - my brother's cell phone
You must know if the owner has previously dropped the phone and if it has been to a repairman.
