Is Bux.gs a legitimate site?

Just now I was checking out the Mylot tasks section and found a referral ad for someone requesting others to join the Bux.gs site with their affiliate link. They mentioned that you earn $1.00 per 100 clicks. Does anyone know if that's true? And, has anyone been paid from the Bux.gs site? And, if so do you have any payment proofs? Would love to see.
