i don't know if any one of you here in my lot has bad teeth. my teeth are slightly irregular, i do want to wear braces. i want to do a surgery, but surgery are highly expensive. i find so guilty to ask my parents to get my teeth fixed., it really affects my confidence, some people say it is not that bad. but still i don't feel confident about myself. Due to this, i don't speak much or socialize with people. i cant speak in front of a crowd. i just want to know if anyone has the problem as mine. how do you deal with it? if there are any psychiatrist are psychologists what would you advise me or anyone with similar problem? note: i Don't see much responses in this interest topics. im really hoping to get few responses at least. thanks in advance

i have the same experience as yours,i also have irregular teeth, and i thought it makes me looks bad and embrassed, but my friend told me that although my teeth is irregular but it's very white and looks good! it surprised me, they even told me that when i smile i look beautiful.from then on ,i often tell myself that if i keep my teeth white ,i can also very beautiful like others. so don't worry about your teeth ,just keep it white and then you can collect money to do the surgery when available

oh! few of me lower teeth is slightly stained because i drink tea everyday. i just have to go for a clean-up but still no use, because i cant stop consuming tea. it has become an habit. just like i responded to the other friend, salt will do go good. i m glad you have very white teeth! i have good smile, if dont show my teeth lol:) i always close my mouth when laughing out loud. i aspire to become a singer, so teeth plays a vital role.. whenever i sing, i don't have the confidence and i m so conscious about my teeth. thanks for responding! keep mylotting and enjoy the experience here!

my teeth are a bit stained / yellow and it effects my confidence, I don't like to smile too much because I am self conscious about showing my teeth. I would like to get them whitened, but that is pretty expensive too if you get it done professionally.

that is the problem. why dont you just do a clean up. i think that is not that very expensive. when you eat or drink something that stains your teeth, rinse immediately with water. one tip i can give you.. when you take the toothpaste on your brush, add some salt on top of it. it naturally removes stains. But first do a clean up and start doing this. Good luck
