What is your favourite mojito recipe?

I love mojito and its one of my favourite cocktail of all time. The reicpe I use is very simple. Well Mojito recipe is always pretty simple. Here are the ingredients: 1.25 Oz of White Rum ( captain morgan or bacardy), 12 Mint leaves, sugar, half lemon (quartered), crushed ice and soda water. Put the mint and lemon in the glass with sugar. Gently crush with a spoon and let the sugar mix with lemon and mint juice completely. Then add crushed ice and soda water. Stir it well and serve. Whats your favourite Mojito recipe?
