Do you like the sites layout? What would you change?

Meh, I think it could be heavily improved. Put more emphasis on the discussions maybe. Maybe more of a forum type layout instead of having to be in these group thingies and missing out on good questions and discussions. I like "New Post" options where you can just click it and it shows the newest posts in order from all the different topics.
