Reservations in the United States

Who really believes they should exist?!? For thousands of years humans have taken land from each other. It's human nature to create war for more land. Why should we give land back to whom we've taken it from to begin with? Also, to let them live on gov't money and in gov't housing, not to mention they pay no taxes on anything! We complain of the country's deficit and the gov't wants to raise taxes, but what if we just made everyone pay taxes instead of just the working class?!? Reservations are considered federal, so therefore their court systems are federal. Being as that is, if someone commits a crime on a reservation, the reservation can hold that person in their jail. Although, if a native creates a crime off of the reservation, the tribal judge can demand that person back to the reservation and give them their own discipline, if any at all.
