I love Pansit

I love pansit if it is cooked in Chinese restaurant.We Filipinos know how to cook them but the taste is different if the Chinese do it.I wonder why. Mayhaps they have a secret on how to it

I also like pansit, but I prefer Filipino style because I find it too oily when eating it in a Chinese restaurant, but this is normally when its fried noodles and this is just my opinion. But when it comes to noodles soup, I would say that I like having it in Chinese restaurant.
